My Best Brows

Nothing makes me feel better than when my eyebrows look perfect. I find that eyebrows can make or break an entire look, and I am so thankful that I have “perfected” my eyebrow routine.

I used to pluck my eyebrows to be super thin, but still have an arch, thankfully I now I know the value of thick brows. I only recently, as in the past year, began to fill in my brows, and these are the products I have been loving to use.

Anastasia DIPBROW Pomade ($23.00 CA) – I love this product for nights when I am going out, or when I know that the weather will be warm, as this pomade is waterproof. It also lasts all.night.long. It’s truly amazing, and I highly recommend you purchase the brush that comes with it – that thing is a life saver.

Anastasia Brow Gel in clear ($29.00 CA) – I use Anastasia’s brow gel to set my brows in place. This stuff is like glue, it truly leaves you with fabulous looking brows that last forever. I did, however, buy this brow gel in their Travel Brow Kit ($20.00 CA), which came with a mini Brow Wiz crayon, mini tweezers and a mini brow gel. I still am using the mini brow gel after months of use, so maybe if you want to save your money you can there!

Maybelline Brow Dama Mascara ($9.96 CA) – This Maybelline brow gel was a purcahse I made on a whim. I actually meant to buy the L’ORÉAL brow gel, but they were out at the Shoppers Drug Mart I went to, so I bought this, and I love it! I use it on a daily basis either alone or with a brow filler.

NYX Micro Brow Pencil ($12.00 CA) – I absolutely adore this brow pencil. I actually like it better than the mini Anastasia one I got in the Travel Brow Kit. It has a perfect spooly on the end to brush out your hairs, as well as a retractable micro gel crayon. I highly recommend this product if you are just starting out in brows, or you just want something super easy to use!

Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara (~$2.99 CA) – I can’t remember exactly the price of this amazing brow product, but it is no more than $4.00 CA. It is slight dupe for the Benefit Gimme Brow ($30.00 CA). It is more liquid-y than the Benefit brow gel, but it has great pigment and is super cheap. I use it when I don’t want to fill in my brows but still have them with a little something on.

Those are my favourite brow products to use at the moment, let me know which brow products you use in the comments below!

Remember – brows should be sisters, NOT twins!
