KORRES Wild Rose Vitamin C Active Brightening Oil

I love trying new things, especially new makeup. Essentially, there isn’t a type of makeup that I won’t try, as I love to see how I can use new products in every different way. When I received the KORRES Wild Rose Vitamin C Active Brightening Oil in a PR package, I at first was unsure to how I would use it. I read many posts on how other bloggers have been using the brightening oil, but no one post was ever the same.

I decided to use the brightening oil on a fresh, clean face. On a day-to-day basis (for work or meetings) I do wear makeup, however, on the weekends or when I am running errands, I tend to only use mascara, sometimes concealer (if I don’t have a tan), and thats about it. So one day, I decided to use the brighting oil on the high points of my face as a natural highlight and glow. It was the perfect subtle highlight. The light perfectly caught the glow on my skin, making it look like I was glowing from within.

I then decided to use the oil on top of my full face of makeup, but I decided that I liked it better on naked skin rather than with makeup. It accentuates your natural beauty in so many different ways, that it makes you feel and look youthful.

I applied the brightening oil by using my finger tips. I only picked up about two or three drops, massaged it on my finger tips, and then patted the oil on the high points of my face; the cheekbones, the bridge of my nose, a little bit on my chin and forehead.

I highly recommend this brightening oil if you love a fresh face with barely any makeup. It’s the perfect fix for the day and to rock to no makeup, makeup look.

You can purchase the KORRES brightening oil and the rest of the KORRES collection at Shoppers Drug Mart, and beautyBOUTIQUE.ca.
